Meet Our Plymouth Team

Dr. Nick Schulte

Dr. Schulte is a graduate of the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry. He also holds a Master’s of Public Health degree from Washington University in St. Louis and a bachelor’s degree from St. John’s University. His areas of expertise include CEREC (same-day crowns), implants, cosmetic and family dentistry.

Dr. Schulte and his wife, Dr. Merideth Meador-Schulte live nearby with their sons Gus and Hayes and dog, Lewis. When Dr. Schulte is not spending time with his family he can be found woodworking in his workshop, traveling, hiking, reading, listening to podcasts, or watching the local sports teams. He is an active member of Minnesota Dental Association (MDA) as well as the Academy of General Dentistry (AGD) and the American Association of Public Health Dentistry (AAPHD).

Dr. Schulte is committed to delivering the highest quality care with the utmost compassion and professionalism.

Dr. Gary Williams

Dr. Williams received his doctorate degree from the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry and holds a bachelor's degree from Gustavus Adolphus College. Along with Dr. Jerry Wimmer, they have provided comprehensive dental care for over 35 years in the Edina and Plymouth locations. They are so excited to be part of the transition to Brimhall Dentistry and the teams continuing their legacy of providing the best quality of dental care possible. He has been an active member of the American Dental Association, the Minnesota Dental Association, and the Minneapolis District Dental Society. 

He has a strong commitment to serving those less fortunate in society, having participated in numerous local volunteer efforts (along with Dr. Wimmer) as well as over 20 consecutive years of dental mission trips to Central America. He currently resides in Minnetonka with his wife Jayne. They have three children, Kelly, Erik, and Ryan. When he is not taking care of people, he is planning his next adventures with his wife, family, and grandsons. He enjoys perfecting his culinary skills, exercising, reading, and tinkering with his many bicycles. 

Dr. Jerry Wimmer

Dr. Wimmer has received advanced dental training through the University of Minnesota and Regions Medical Center. He has a special interest in the care of medically compromised patients. Dr. Wimmer was a faculty member at the University for five years. Continuing education is a large part of his professional career, serving as a member of the State Dental Association Education Committee and Chair. He currently resides in Eden Prairie with his wife, June. They have two sons, Jared and Blake. His outside interests include travel to see his children, pickleball, and golf!

Dr. Cassie Bullard

Dr. Cassie attended undergrad at Iowa State University, majoring in Biology and graduating with honors. Between undergrad and dental school, Dr. Cassie worked for the Mayo Clinic in Rochester doing research in gene editing and mapping. Her work there led her to become a published researcher. Dr. Cassie attended the University of Minnesota Dental School where she graduated with distinction.

She believes in providing her patients with the highest level of comprehensive and evidence-based dentistry. Areas of particular interest include esthetic dentistry, implant dentistry, and endodontics. Dr. Cassie enjoys spending time with her husband, dog, and cat in her free time. You can find her at one of the many local breweries enjoying a craft beer or a new restaurant.
